Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher level professional education.
- At least 5 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry. In particular, in-depth knowledge of extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, blown extrusion is welcome. Experience in leading and managing team of people.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good employment Experience in a supervisory position is welcome.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems independently, create and find effective sustainable solutions.
- Perform assigned material tasks related to operations.
- Ability to direct and supervise personnel, give appropriate assignments, and effectively and efficiently monitor and perform assigned tasks.
- Ability to maintain reporting to supervisors verbally and in writing in an appropriate manner.
- Complete paperwork including operator report, quality inspection report and other forms as required and on time.
- Offer innovative solutions to production problems.
- Possess a great sense of urgency and responsibility.
